Miguel A. Ingle, Ph.D.
Dr. Miguel A. Ingle is the President and CEO of MJL Holding Enterprise, a management consulting firm based in the D.C. metro area focused on delivering customized management strategies. He also serves on the board of ImpAACt Voices, a non-profit organization. As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business owner, Dr. Ingle brings over 25 years of leadership and management experience to his roles.
Dr. Ingle is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom and served as an Army Aviation officer and helicopter pilot with multiple combat deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan. His extensive military service spans over 24 years, during which he acquired significant skills that he later applied in the civilian sector. After his military career, Dr. Ingle transitioned to the financial services industry, gaining experience at a Fortune 100 bank holding corporation, a Big Four consulting firm, and a private equity investment firm. This diverse background in high-stakes environments has sharpened his expertise in leadership, financial management, and strategic planning.
Dr. Ingle holds a PhD in Psychology with a focus on Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Liberty University, enhancing his understanding of organizational efficiency and leadership development. He also earned an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Aviation from Utah Valley University.
Throughout his career, Dr. Ingle has been dedicated to supporting veteran communities and leveraging his extensive background to enhance organizational leadership and performance.
